CHICOPEE RIVER BUSINESS PARK

The Chicopee River Business Park is the region’s single largest economic development project in the last decade. The 181-acre park is located in both Springfield and Chicopee and required extensive environmental and municipal permitting. Assembly of the park land was completed in 1999 and road construction was finished in 2001 providing necessary infrastructure to the various parcels within the Park.
