As Vice President of Construction and Facilities, Jeff brings over 30 years in the construction and development industry and has developed commercial and industrial projects throughout the northeast to include retail store fit outs, corporate aircraft hangers, pre-engineered industrial buildings, and commercial mixed-use developments.  At Westmass, Jeff oversees all construction projects, including estimates, budgets, contract administration, and development through completion. Additionally, Jeff oversees the property management duties for all company owned properties.

Prior to joining Westmass, Jeff was a Senior Project Manager for Rubicon Builders where he was responsible for multiple, multimillion dollar developments. Jeff also worked for The O’Leary Group and Fontaine Brothers managing over $300 million in projects throughout his career.
